Maison Joseph Drouhin: Wine Tasting Dinner at Bar Boulud

The Drouhins are known as the first family of Burgundy and one of the most respected names in the region. Maison Joseph Drouhin’s vineyards are primarily Premier and Grand Crus, planted with the two Burgundian grape varietals, pinot noir and chardonnay. Their celebrated wines include the Chablis, Côte de Nuits, Côte de Beaune and Côte Chalonnaise appellations.

Bar Boulud’s Monday April 4th wine tasting evening will be hosted by none other than Laurent Drouhin, one of four Drouhin grandchildren who run the winery today. Together with Laurent, we’ll savor a three course menu paired with seven Drouhin wines, including famed appellations such as Clos des Mouches and Pouligny Montrachet.
